How to Choose an Employee of the Month: 


One of the best ways to handle your Employee of the Month (EoTM) program is to make it consultative to make sure that your employees find it credible.

This would make them buy into the idea and also make them take it as a set of serious targets that helps them advance their career.

Making it a fair program also makes them give in their best efforts. So, while the EoTM recognition goes to one person, the collective sincere efforts by all or most of the employees makes the organization achieve a lot more.

Whether keeping the targets unchanged or change those on a month on month basis, both options can be experimented with at different times depending on the organizational goals.

Please remember, only when organizational goals are aligned with individual aspirations, will the employees truly motivated to invest all their efforts.
